When the internal narrative and outer life scape feels too loud and the pressure to 'do' or 'become' feels suffocating, we don't push the noise away as that only creates more tension. In this practice, we inhale the pressure directly into the indestructible "Diamond" of the heart and exhale a definitive release. This is how we start to reclaim our internal real estate from the inner critic and build a protective perimeter around our centre.
